I have operated all HR functions and have Government experience which make me tougher to compete with challenges. Recruiting and selecting is a primary function but I worked to improve myself to create more enrichment to my work by launching 360 degrees performance management system, Final Settlement of a leaving employee, Exit Interview , EOBI , Social Security, Leave management and Health/Life insurance matters. I worked as faculty member of Management department of UCP. Management science related all subject and topics which are delivered by me. I had assigned some practical assignments to my students related to practical field for better learning, take quizzes after certain period. To assigned development role to my student for different topics related to management' field.I have work on a research project(Thesis) for MS HRM. “The role of Emotional intelligence to enhance the performance of SMEs of Pakistan with mediation of Entrepreneurial Resilience in context of COVID-19 and write an article which is published in international journal "Influence of emotional intelligence on enterprise performance with mediating role of entrepreneurial resilience: a case of SMEs in Pakistan under the light of Covid-19" in 'Journal homepage: 'https://www.tandfonline.com/loi/rncr20'.
